We use different freight companies to deliver your orders including Australia Post , StartTrack, & Direct Freight. Tracking number will be sent via email after dispatch. (Please allow up to 12 business hours for the tracking details to be shown online after dispatch)

Most of the orders will be dispatched next business day, however we are NOT able to guarantee next days dispatch if orders are accumulated or Delayed pick up from our freight partners. 

 

Order Dispatch  

Estimated Lead Time of Delivery (AFTER the date of dispatch)

We always try our best to dispatch orders ASAP however we are NOT able to guarantee the date and time of delivery for orders. The estimated delivery time should NOT be considered as guarantee of delivery. The below estimated lead time are given by our freight partners as reference only.

info@hangersforless.com.au  if your order is urgent or need same day delivery. We will manually calculate the shipping costs for urgent & same day deliveries.

The time of delivery below should consider as reference only (estimated delivery lead time below is from the date of dispatch from our local warehouse), We do not offer pick up for any orders.

NSW metro : 3 - 4 business days after dispatch.  NSW other areas  4 - 5 business days after dispatch. 

ACT metro : 3 - 4 business days after dispatch.  ACT other areas  4 - 5 business days after dispatch. 

VIC metro : 3 - 4 business days after dispatch.  VIC other areas  4 - 5 business days after dispatch. 

QLD metro : 3 - 5 business days after dispatch.  QLD other areas  5 - 7 business days after dispatch. 

SA metro : 4 - 5 business days after dispatch.  SA other areas  5 - 7 business days after dispatch. 

WA metro : 5 - 7 business days after dispatch.  WA other areas  7 - 9 business days after dispatch. 

NT metro : 5 - 7 business days after dispatch.  NT other areas  9 - 11 business days after dispatch. 

TAS metro : 5 - 7 business days after dispatch.  TAS other areas  9 - 11 business days after dispatch.

Separate deliveries may occur from our shipping partners due to miss collection or space limitation of the trucks

 

Wrong product delivered If our warehouse accidentally ship the wrong product to you. please let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 2 days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct product and arrange for the pick-up and return of the incorrectly shipped product at no cost to you.

 

Delivery failure

It is important that you check your information is correct before placing your order, especially your delivery address. If you provide the incorrect delivery address, you agree that you will be liable for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. If our delivery provider has been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault after 7 days or 2 attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances, we will refund you the money you have paid for your order less the delivery fees and reasonable handling fees that reflect our loss.

 

Wrong product delivered

If our warehouse accidentally ship the wrong product to you. please let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 2 days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct product and arrange for the pick-up and return of the incorrectly shipped product at no cost to you.

 

Missing Items from the Order

If you find any missing items from the order, please feel free to contact us info@hangersforless.com.au  so we can investigate with our shipping partners ASAP for any missing cartons from the depots or any parcel lose during transit. Alternatively we will re-send the missing items for you ASAP.

Address Update

It is important that customers enter correct shipping information. Customers are responsible for extra shipping and handling cost due to wrong shipping address provided. Address change request will cause delivery & dispatch delay as shipping process from our shipping partners will need to re-start the booking process.

 

Pre-order Items

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. They're shipped to the customer once available. Our pre-order items are marked with red colour message which will inform our customers the estimate date when it will in stock again. However due to shipment & custom clearance delay the estimate date can't be guaranteed. 

 

Delivery failure

It is important that customers enter correct shipping information. Customers are responsible for extra shipping and handling cost due to wrong shipping address provided. Re-delivery will occur within 5 working days when first time delivery attempt fails and our team will send email to confirm shipping address if two attempt deliveries are failed. 

 

Parcel Lost during transit

If any of our freight partner lost the order in transit, we will cover the re-delivery and new order cost for our customers (Shipping address provided by customers need to be 100% correct in order to receive new order replacement for free) new orders will be dispatched after our freight partner has officially declared the lost of order usually take up to 7 working days.
