Certainly seems sturdy. I have put a LOT of garments on the rails and no bowing after a couple of weeks. I found assembly to be challenging: the meagre instructions were less than illuminating. Plus the drilled holes and studs did not all line up. A bit of banging with a hammer and swearing was required and finally one section refused to cooperate and my two helpers and I (yes, we needed six hands) decided close enough was good enough.

The rack is designed to be assembled very easily, without the need for any tools, and normally can be completed within just a few minutes. In some cases, the metal tubes can become slightly misaligned during transit, which may affect the fitting during assembly.
