Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept refund and exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Items in brand-new condition. We cannot process refund or exchange requests for orders received over 14 days.

We only accept returns with tracking. Personal or individual returns to the warehouse are not accepted for safety reasons.

Return Instructions

We cover return shipping costs only if the item is faulty. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. (We will review the product photos provided by the customers and make a decision accordingly.)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hangersforless.com.au

Return Payment link will be generated and sent via email after the return request has approved (Return shipping cost will be deducted from the order when proceed refund)


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Exchanges

For the quickest service, return the item you wish to exchange and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

(A re-delivery & return fee will apply accordingly)

 

Refunds

Once photo is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping costs, including re-delivery and return fees, will be deducted from the refund
