We accept/approve refund & exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means customers have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for unused items in brand new condition. We will not able to accept any refund or exchange request for orders over 7 days of delivery. 

We only accept returns from AUS Post with tracking. Personal return will be accepted from the warehouse due to safety reasons

Instructions for Returns;

(we will cover return shipping cost for the return only if the order is faulty or significantly not as described). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are unable to accept any personal order return, Only AUS post service with tracking is accepted by our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, customers can contact us via email: info@hangersale.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow 5 - 9 working days for refund process after the refund has approved & returned parcel has inspected.  

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Am I entitled to a refund?

We will provide a repair, replacement or refund if an item is faulty or significantly not as described.


Am I entitled to a refund if I've changed my mind?

Our warehouse manager will send you the return address if the refund request has approved 

Please note we are not able to refund or exchange for any requests over 7 days of delivery.


The "Am I entitled to a refund?" checklist

Customers are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • You were sent the wrong item
  • You were sent the wrong size
  • You were sent the wrong colour
  • The item doesn't work as a reasonable person would expect it to work e.g. an LED makeup mirror which doesn't light up
  • The item is significantly different from the product images and description

For above reasons we will cover the return shipping cost & delivery cost paid by customer will also be refunded 

or

Shipping cost paid to our freight partners for standard , express & free delivery orders will be deducted from the order when processing refund.
